Qigong "Chi-Gong" is a collection of exercises developed in China thousands of years ago as a branch of traditional Chinese medicine. We will examine energy within the body and explore connections to the natural world. Qigong's simple movements become a vehicle for moving meditation. We will examine energy and lessons of the season of winter with a focus on the water element.
Parking and Meeting Spot
Park at Sessions Woods and join us at the flagpole in front of the Education Center.
What to Bring
Wear sturdy shoes for mud/snow and bring water.
Please leave your “furever” friends at home.
